The booking

BOOKING FORMALITIES
In order to make a reservation in our establishment, we would be grateful if you could provide us with
  • A valid identity document
  • A credit card guarantee
  • The communication of your credit card number is necessary to register and guarantee your reservation

In the event of damage or deterioration, the management of the Domaine de la Vallée d’Ax residence reserves the right to debit the amount necessary to restore the flat or the common areas as well as any costs arising from a loss of use or immobilisation.

WHAT DOES YOUR BOOKING INCLUDE?

  • Your booking includes the rental of a fully equipped flat which is available to you for a short or long period. A kit of cleaning products and basic toiletries is provided.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the following services are not included: bathroom linen, bed linen, beds made on arrival, end of stay cleaning, local tourist tax.  These services can be booked at the reception for an additional fee.
  • As an indication, the cleaning at the end of the stay is from 35€, the breakfast from 9.60€, the bed linen kit from 5.50€, the towel kit from 3.50€ (rates in force on 01/01/2021).
  • A range of free services and à la carte services are available, details of which can be found below under the heading “Services on site”.

For bookings made on the Domaine de la Vallée d’Ax-Les-Thermes website www.valleedax.fr or by telephone:
  • contact the residence directly by phone +33 (0)5 34 14 58 22 during opening hours or by email on reservation@domainevalleedax.fr.
  • or refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale on our website for details.
