Arrival in your flat
Arrivals are from 4pm until 7pm, when the reception closes.
No arrivals are possible before this time. Luggage may be left before 12 noon but will not be admitted to the flats.
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the reception before 6pm so that they can arrange directly with you to access your flat.
If no news is received from you after the reception closes at 7pm, your arrival will be postponed until the following morning, without the residence being held responsible for this and without giving rise to any compensation or indemnity.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES ON ARRIVAL
Our establishment is a tourist residence which offers furnished and equipped accommodation for short or long stays.
- An inventory of fixtures is given to you on your arrival with details of the equipment and materials in the flat.
- Please inform the reception of any anomaly within 24 hours of your arrival.
- After this period, the equipment will be considered complete and free of damage on arrival. Failure to return this signed form to reception within 24 hours will imply that the client is satisfied.
A deposit of 300 € will be required for the flat and its equipment. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that the flat occupied during your stay has not been damaged in any way, that all sums due on arrival or during your stay have been paid and that the keys have been returned. By default, the deposit is guaranteed by the credit card number left as a guarantee at the time of booking. Furthermore, in case of damage or missing items, the residence reserves the right to invoice the client for the cost of repair or replacement without prior agreement. The same applies to any infringement found after the client’s departure.
In all cases, an invoice corresponding to the amounts collected will be given to you for your insurance.
The flat has been made available to you in a clean condition and it is your responsibility to return it in the same condition. If you do not, you will be charged for the cleaning of your flat. When you leave, the rubbish bins must be taken out, the dishwasher emptied, the beds unmade and the keys to the accommodation handed in to the reception of the residence.
It is strictly forbidden to occupy a flat beyond its initial capacity.
Children under 24 months old are free of charge. The child rate is applicable to children under 14 years old. The adult rate is applicable to children from 14 years old.
A parking space is included in the price of your flat. Please do not park in front of a building entrance, or in a parking space reserved for people with reduced mobility. If you have a dog, please keep it on a lead and clean up after it. A bag dispenser is available near the laundry.

Departures are between 8am and 10:30am.
Depending on the availability of the residence, a late check-out can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the price of the flat on our website.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RELEASE OF THE FLATS
Leave the flat clean and tidy, wash the dishes and put them away.
Empty the rubbish bins and put your bags in the containers provided for this purpose, below the reception of the residence, leaving the car park on the right.
Containers with green lids for household waste.
Containers with yellow lids for cardboard, plastic and metal cans.
Containers with blue lids for glass.
Return the keys to the reception
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES ON DEPARTURE
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on your departure by our staff with a complete tour of the flat, equipment, storage and cleanliness of the flat.
