The Residence Domaine de la Vallée d’Ax*** welcomes you all year round to Ax-Les-Thermes, in the heart of the Pyrenees in Ariège. The residence is 1h30 drive from Toulouse, 30mn from Andorra and at the gateway to Spain.
Our residence is located in a quiet area with a large parking, less than 10mn walk from the village centre, its shops and the thermal baths. In summer, enjoy our outdoor swimming pool with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. A free shuttle bus takes you during day time to the Ax 3 Domaines cable car in winter season.

The Domaine de la Vallée d’Ax is an independent residence which offers you ready-to-live-in flats for 1 night, 1 week or more!
You can organise your stay with friends or family as you wish, for a mountain holiday – in summer or in winter – that suits you…
Our team offers you a personalised and friendly welcome and remains at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you.
The reception is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
We organize late check-out and day-use on request and according to availability.
To make your stay more enjoyable, we offer several services free of charge, others with an extra charge to be booked online or on site on your arrival.
Breakfast
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast every morning so to be ready for the day to come. Freshly baked bread and pastries, cereals, hot beverages, fruit juices, yoghurts.
Available as a buffet, the breakfast can be enjoyed in the breakfast room near the reception or on the terrace, from 8am until 10am.
Breakfast must be booked the day before for the following day before 6.30pm.

Swimming pool
From 15th June to 15th September, enjoy the superb outdoor swimming pool and experience the breath-taking view of the nearby mountains while sun bathing. The swimming pool is open from 9:30 am to 18:30pm.

Regarding the cleaning service, we offer “à la carte” packages so you can pick the one that suits you best and make you fully appreciate your vacation rental in Ax-Les-Thermes.
Comfort package : beds ready at your arrival at 10€ per bed
Cleaning package : flat cleaned by our team at the end of your stay. Studio 40€ / 4 pers. 50€ / 6 pers. 70€
C&C package : have the comfort at your arrival and the cleaning taken care of when you leave. Studio 50€ / 4 pers. 70€ / 6 pers. 90€

Our establishment is a tourist residence that offers equipped flats for rent for your holidays in the mountains.
The rental of the flat is for the accommodation only, with bed linens and towels put on the beds
The additional services, bed made and cleaning are not included.
Arrival :
The apartment keys are available at the reception desk from 4pm to 7pm.
For late arrivals after 7pm, please contact the reception before 6.30pm.
We will send you the instructions to access your flat.
Départure :
Flats must be vacated before 10:30am
We remind you that you must return your accommodation clean and tidy, and return the keys to the reception.
We organise late check-out till 12am and day-use till 6pm on request.
